“Great stay. only complaint is the cleaning crew was there when we arrived at our designated time. ”

“Paulina took long time to respond when the lock was not programmed. Asked several question with no or late responses. The house is amazing, the back steps-patio should have been blown off. Very clean.”

“Perfect spot for our summer family reunion ... half from the East coast, the rest from Ohio. We enjoyed swimming (yes, the pool water was cold but super refreshing on hot days), fire pit, spacious kitchen for cooking, breezeway with extra ovens and refrigerator. The big living room was fun for family games and just hanging out. Gorgeous views, loved the sound of the stream nearby. "Trail" goes up to a meadow, but looked like it had not been mowed, so will say with other reviewers that the trail……

While I’ve visited the area before and already loved its natural beauty, this particular stay truly stood out. “Hidden Valley has been our spring trip each year. This is the second year at this location. It is by far the best choice. First, Mark is a great host. He communicates all information needed in a timely manner and follows up with answers to any questions. The location of his place provided the perfect "home base" for our group. A group hiked the trails in Linn Run, L.Hill, and other trails. Others fished the local trout streams. We used it as launch point for Ligonier, F.L.Wright related sites.……

“Finch House is a wonderful property. The location right beside a stream is peaceful. All of the light switches are labeled!! That is a level of detail much appreciated. The entire aesthetic of the home was perfect. I coild have sat for hours outside on the patio or the sheltered shed porch. Thank you John and Kathleen for such a pleasant stay.
