“From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time.”

“This is our second year in a row staying here and we love it! We brought different friends with us this year and they also loved it. It’s just perfect. It’s quiet, it the woods, not super far from Warren, has everything you need (pans, dishcloths, towels, bedding.. it’s nice and homey and the outside is just as fantastic! Lots of chairs around the fire pit, access to wood, outdoor lights, yard to play.. I could go on and on! We’ll be back next year! ”

“This is are 2nd year straight staying at the cottage. We will continue to use in the future. The cottage is in the perfect location, with great views from the interior, back covered porch. Has a kayak launch which makes doing day trips on the river easy. We also had innertubes and tied off on the shore and floated. We saw lots of eagles flying around and had a male and female catch fish and eat them in are tree. We also saw deer. This year we got a chance to meet the owners of the cottage……

“A problem with the hot water heater was discovered upon our arrival Friday afternoon and reported to the property manager. He immediately addressed the issue and had a crew repair the hot water tank within several hours on Friday evening. Great timely response - having no hot water would have ruined our weekend trip! Online listing says no bed linens/ towels or Wifi provided - we were pleasantly surprised to find all of these were provided!Our family had a great time staying at this cabin.……
