The owner is right next door & was an excellent host. Even though the weather was cooler we did get to enjoy the pool on Sunday. I would definitely recommend.”

“...and then some. My family and I had such a memorable stay. Every inch of the home was packed with the sights, sounds and smells of our childhood. The house is cozy, comfortable and immaculate. One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return!”

“This house was amazing and absolutely perfect for our needs. It was literally brand new from to to bottom, paint, flooring, furniture, appliances, decor, beds, linens, dishes, trash cans, you name it. The four bedrooms were each spacious. The host provided lots of extra amenities like laundry baskets in each room, tooth brush holders, bottled water cold in the frig. We gathered there to be close to Kennywood and to the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival. It was conveniently located between them……

“This was our first time staying anywhere besides a hotel, and we always travel with our pets. They’re afraid in the hotel because they hear noise and people in the hallway. They loved it here. Our cats had a vacation just like we did and that meant a lot to us.It was also clear that it was an older place, but it had character and we could tell they went to a lot of trouble to make it cozy. And it was we very much enjoyed our stay.”

The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful extras like s’mores supplies and donuts—such a sweet surprise!The beds were super comfortable, and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day was the cherry on top.
