“We've rented this house and Joe's other house on Baseline lake for 5 years. We've always been happy with the properties and Joe's availability to respond to any issues. What is unusual is the pontoon boats he has available for a reasonable rental price. ”

“***SCAM***. Do not book!!! We drove 12 hours only to arrive and find out the host cancelled our reservation after check in time. She did not respond to my text messages nor calls. Vrbo called multiple times and when she finally answered she told them it was double booked but I paid in full months in advance. Then finally text me back around 6:30ish saying I was under age and will be refunded. I’m 52. She tells them one thing but me another. Very unprofessional and this booking needs to be……

“This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while we visited family in Saline Michigan. The owner did a beautiful job on converting overhead space of a garage into a nice one bedroom fully equipped apartment. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed for our weekend stay. The only suggestion that I would give is to possibly put a light outside of the doorway as it gets very dark at night and without a flashlight, it would be difficult to use the keypad to unlock the……

“Ruby’s place is exactly how it is advertised! The condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and appliances. Everything you need is there and ready to use. The only drawback is the stairs upon entering. For 4 people over 60 it was hard on our knees. But we made it work. The parking lot was very convenient and allowed us to park right in front of the unit. It was very quiet and the neighborhood is very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend!”
