“Booked to house our family of 5 for an Albuq family member's special birthday celebration. Check in process was on schedule, as listed and very easy. Home was clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Beautiful view of the Sandia mountains! Host was very attentive, made sure we were comfortable and responded to any questions quickly. We all were very satisfied with our stay.”

“It was great that the cleaning fee was only 20 but it meant just the sheets were clean and the fridge was cleaned out. We cleaned the house, starting with the kitchen and bathroom to feel like we could relax. Then when we were using the oven the house got hot and the AC could not be turned on. AC was advertised in the ad. Called the host and was told we'd have to wait 24hr before she could get someone out there to turn the AC on. “We stayed for a week and had a fantastic experience, We were a family of 6 and the house fit us well. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the corn hole in the back yard. The house was well equipped. We cooked in the house several times and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. My only comment is that there wasn’t as much cutlery as we needed. However, we had a challenge getting the fireplace to light and the property manager was very responsive and had someone there in less……
