“Stayed 20 days. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was comfortable. There’s a park about 1/4 mile away and a few restaurants within 1/2 mile walking distance. The place needs a few updates/upgrades and could have been a bit cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay and might book it again in the future. ”

“It was great that the cleaning fee was only 20 but it meant just the sheets were clean and the fridge was cleaned out. We cleaned the house, starting with the kitchen and bathroom to feel like we could relax. Then when we were using the oven the house got hot and the AC could not be turned on. AC was advertised in the ad. Called the host and was told we'd have to wait 24hr before she could get someone out there to turn the AC on. Once it was on, there were no intructions and it was like it was……

Had a minor scare with some wildlife rustling in the night, but we felt safe enough with the blinds down. Not too far from Albuquerque, convenient to drive in and out. ”
