There is another property attached to the rental, however we had the whole property to ourselves when we went. The studio provided just about everything we needed for our stay and we actually really enjoyed the outdoor shower! “A wonderful place for our family to stay in Grass Valley! Nice, clean home with a hot tub! Wonderful master bedroom, comfortable bed! Owners are great to work with and reply quickly to any questions. Quiet neighborhood, which is great when relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely book again!”

“Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). ”

“We showed up no one answered our phone calles, emails or text messages. Couldnt rebook for the same day. It was jist an overnight trip sp we had to fond a different place to staybefore dark. Was on the phone for over an hour woth VRBRO, they tried to contact the owner as well saying it shouldn't be listed. I have notice it is still on the listing. Be careful have a back up plan.”
