“雖然酒店較舊，亦未能提供一張大床；但位置一流，很方便！前台和禮賓部各同事笑容滿面，在lobby lounge亦沒有強迫消費，讓我忙碌一天後晚上可輕鬆安靜坐一會，回顧當天工作。望看窗外大玻璃景色，很俠意！”

“The hotel is close to the metro, and we were allowed to check in at 8:00 AM instead of 2:00 PM, which was helpful after a long flight from Brussels, Belgium, to Beijing, China, allowing us to sleep after a six-hour jet lag. The room and bathroom were plenty big enough, but there were too many mosquito bites.”

“Got a late check out and visited their executive club lounge. Although they said the lounge is close at 10pm they are not serving alcohol since 9pm which is a down side and surprise me. Staff at lounge not speaking much English.”

“Very caring staff providing quality services. Their services and attention to details are exceptional good which bring comfort to a elder guest who travels all the way from Hong Kong to Beijing just to watch the wonderful matches performed by the World’s best table tennis players.”

“寧靜,附近商場內餐廳多選擇,雖然公交不太方便,但叫出租車也算方便,很快有車接單,地鐵不算近但可接受,且執勤人員友善好客,酒店方面員工很有禮貌和親切,可惜房間設施開始變舊,入住時房內有蛾蚋,一天比一天數量多,這點應多注意改善。”
