“Wow! We were greeted by a beautiful horse the moment we arrived at night (white night in June). The cabin is so cozy and you get all the privacy even tho washroom and shower is outside (super clean). This is the gem rental cabin. Owners were responsive and welcoming (when we contacted them for extras…)”

“Great little cabin! Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and very quiet. It’s a bit away from the city itself but if you are heading toward Dawson, you’ve got a head-start! Do take the time to hike up to the bluffs (route shown in the guest-book). We would definitely stay here again!”

“I stayed in the tiny house for 9 nights. It made the perfect base for my Yukon adventure. The accommodations are a step above camping - the tiny house itself was warm and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a compost toilet and outdoor, propane heated shower. For cooking there is an electric kettle and camping stove, and basic dish wear for 1-2 people. The location is very close to downtown, but I wouldn't say it's easy to walk downtown.”

“My wife and I snuck away to this little cabin tucked in the woods in hopes of losing ourselves in nature. Black Spruce did not disappoint. It was on the edge of town, perfect distance to be away from it all. There are three cabins but the way they are built detailed design and layout of the property offers lots of privacy and beautiful views from the "Green" Cabin We came at the beginning of the “fake Spring” and there was still ice and snow but the walkways were maintained well. The sauna was……

“What an amazing experience we had in Whitehorse. From the activities to the people, it was absolutely amazing. Black Spruce - Red Door was the icing on the cake. From having snowshoes available for guests to the evening sauna the Black Spruce was the ideal setting. It was close to town and all our outdoor adventures. Special thanks to Laird for his communication and swift responses when we had questions. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Whitehorse. We will see you again. ”

“This gem is located on the outskirts of Whitehorse, but close enough to be downtown within a 7 minute drive. The cabins are cozy and comfortable, with beautiful views from the large windows. The owner was awesome at checking in throughout my stay ensuring I had everything I needed! Highly recommend this place, and hope to be back soon on my next work trip! ”
