“Comfortable, spacious, really nice place to stay.”

“Enjoyable stay for a large group. The property was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Even though it was cold we were able to use the heated pool. The beach was just a short walk. There were many nice restaurants just a short drive to get to. The host was friendly and highly responsive. ”

“Two couples stayed in this comfortable roomie condo. We did a 30 mile walk for breast cancer over the weekend. two other highlights were visiting the American Beach museum, and the nearby distillery.The condo could use some attention, particularly washing the carpets. Kitchen is small, but stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Host did not answer our questions regarding check out.”

“The location of this unit is perfect: on the beach, close to town, and close to the greenway. Loved walking the beach and hearing the surf in the evening.Condo would be tight for four people, especially since the second bedroom doesn't have a closet. But for two - it's great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including good pans, cookie sheets, spices, oils, etc. Made it easy to cook. Although Fernandina Beach has some fun restaurants too. Especially the Patio at 5th and Ash. ”

“We have stayed in a variety of housing around the world. But, I have to say, this one provided more of the "little things". Night lights throughout, paper plates (as well as very nice dishes and glasses of every kind) , snacks, condiments, soaps, towels. . Very clean. Very bright. Beautiful beach view. Easy access via stairs or elevator. Host directions, instructions and recommendations all first class and easy to follow. Perfect size for 2..We will definitely return. Also, the location……

“Very comfortable and very clean accommodations. Fantastic view. Close to the beach, merely steps away to an almost private beach. Hosts had nice beach chairs and umbrella for use which were very much appreciated. The kitchen was adequately equipped to handle any cooking. Ample parking was available. Highly recommended this property. ”

“Everything was perfect and the condo was clean and very well stocked with all our needs. My grandson who lives in Jacksonville, was able to spend with his Mom, Aunt, and Grandma. We miss him a lot! Ocean was amazing and we also went sight seeing in Fernandinho Beach and St.Augustine.”

“We were on Amelia Island and the Jacksonville area for our son's wedding weekend. We needed a place that was easy to access, had all the amenities (and updated, nice amenities, I might add) and could accommodate 4-5 couples. Buccaneer Bungalow checked all those boxes and then some. First, the open kitchen leading into the open living room with plenty of seating and a huge kitchen island gave us a place to congreate in the mornings and at night -- perfect for big groups who want more time……
