“Me, my best friend and my fur baby were there for a concert. The apartment was awesome! Very safe area in a gated community. Wonderful furnishings. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. I do have a couple suggestions, the kitchen needs baking pans, more teaspoons, and maybe wine glasses. Overall, I look forward to booking again and would highly recommend this apartment!”

“The apartment's location is fabulous - a short walk to the River, restaurants and shopping. The apartment has a nice kitchen and comfy beds. Two window units and dehumidifier keep the space cool. “Place was just as listed! Super relaxing space! Area has so many places to eat and shop! Theresa and Chris were so helpful with recommendations and maintained communication throughout. Parking right across the street is free if you have a larger vehicle. Although there are other units within the building we had no issues or noise above or next to us. Would def stay here again and will def be back to re-visit the area! Bed was so comfortable and very hot water for shower! ”

“This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. “My wife and I spent a couple of days in the Seaside Cottages and absolutely loved it. The room was well appointed with what we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. We drive a 4x4 Jeep and the closest access point to the beach included the ability to drive on the beach with a 4x4, so that was super convenient.The location is near several restaurants and a short 10 minute drive to downtown Fernandina.
