“The home was super cute and outfitted with everything a guest could want, especially the kitchen! The master bed was very comfortable but extremely squeaky! We will definitely look for this lodging again as we will be visiting my daughter up there often!”

“Place inside was very cute. It had some amenities that i was told i needed to bring myself. Pink mold around inside of door trim and shower head. Bed frames did not fit the mattress. Other than that the stay was good. Oh, was not inform asw to where to leave the key if nobody was in the office. If check out is at 11am someone should be there or have a a knowing place on or around the office door to leave the key. Would not was to leave the key somewhere and have someone trash the place.”

“Very clean. Easy stay with a toddler with lots of indoor free space to spread out toys and play. Appreciate the minimalist decor yet we had e everything we needed for our stay. Inadvertently locked ourselves out and the host was gracious and quick to resolve the issue. We will be back!”

“Booked this house for my family that came to visit me. The house is in an excellent location, near supermarkets, downtown and parks. Very spacious house and well equipped. We enjoyed spending time at home, as well as walking to the nearby places.”

“The space was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to invite our niece and her two children over to play on the playground equipment and fly a kite in the outdoor space. That was a great treat for them!”

“What a charming place close to everything in Davis. St. James Catholic Church is directly across the street which was much appreciated by my Mom. The backyard is like a miniature forest with a small nature walk path. ”

“Quiet, quiet neighborhood. Check-in was a little rocky. The wrong code was given for the door in the check-in instructions. We were able to get a hold of the host, even though it was very late and get in. He refunded a portion of the cost to us at the end. Bed was comfy. Kids were happy overall great stay.”
