“Very clean. Easy stay with a toddler with lots of indoor free space to spread out toys and play. Appreciate the minimalist decor yet we had e everything we needed for our stay. Inadvertently locked ourselves out and the host was gracious and quick to resolve the issue. We will be back!”

“Quiet, quiet neighborhood. Check-in was a little rocky. The wrong code was given for the door in the check-in instructions. We were able to get a hold of the host, even though it was very late and get in. He refunded a portion of the cost to us at the end. Bed was comfy. Kids were happy overall great stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this charming Davis house. Super convenient location. Great area for walking the dog. We loved looking out the sliding glass door to the very green and overgrown garden in the back yard. The kitchen was very spacious and had what we needed. We hope this house will be available when we return to Davis, as we do a couple times per year.”

“Our family of five enjoyed this as a home base while visiting extended family for a week We walked to parks, Co-op market, campus, and downtown. We also used the large kitchen to prepare a few meals. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner replied promptly when we had questions. Would rent this again if the opportunity arose.”
