“The beginning was a little bumpy yet after I addressed my concerns, the management in all departments including frontdesk and F&B went out of there way to make this visit for my mother and me even more memorable than expected. I have visit over 200 hotels world-wide in the last three years, and witnessed a combined effort to make things more than right for us. Since I was working as an F&B Manager on a few cruise ships with years of training in Europe and experience in 5 Star leading Hotel……

“Struttura bellissima a due passi dall’aereoporto, stanze non grandissime ma dotate di ogni comfort, servizio cortese e di alto livello. Gradita la colazione take away dato che siamo partiti di notte. Bellissime le piscine e ottima la cucina dei due ristoranti presenti. Niente da dire, il prezzo rispecchia la qualità offerta.”

“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level. Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”
