“Ski in/out係最大優點同環境靚，我住3人房，房間足夠3人用夠大，乾淨，有投射可睇YouTube or Disney等…，酒店有shuttle接送到溫泉街或藏王纜車站，就算一個人都接送非常窩心。
唯一缺點，廁所非常非常細/狹窄，六呎高人士可能頂頭，男士坐在廁所對腳會頂住道門，浴缸又細又深，舊式水喉要好大力開關才不漏水，洗手盆邊發霉。間房好好，但個廁所就好差，反差好大😅”
“Hotel is clean and tidy, with more than enough amenities and Yukata provided in amenities room next to lobby. Staff are very helpful with and speaking different languages. Room is spacious and clean. Just the onsen itself is not very impressive. ”
