“Surrounding Great Sand Dunes was very convenient. The hummingbird feeders near our room, was one of the highlights as there were many birds so close to us, as we looked over the sand dune backdrop. Hostess at front desk filled the feeders up as soon as we told her they are running out of feeder food. The restaurant just down the hill was excellent, with great staff and great food. We had a great time staying at the Great Sand Dune Lodge.”

“Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. Beds were comfy. When the ice maker appeared to have quit working, Eric kindly dropped off some ice trays for our use. We enjoyed our stay and would……

“This was probably the best rental we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many across the US, Canada, Mexico and a few in Europe. We wished we could've taken it with us on our week-long trip around Colorado. It is very nicely decorated, exceptionally clean and the attention to detail and thoughtfulness is amazing.
