“Los lagos de campos is a wonderful stay for La Fortuna area for those wanting to be away from the business of the town. The property is in a quiet community, secured by a gate, and absolutely beautiful and quiet. The houses are modern and newly built, small, yet spacious, full of windows for natural light. AC was wonderful. Lots of nature around. Pool was excellent. The host was very gracious and helpful. Only 18min from downtown La Fortuna. ”

“We loved our stay at Cabana Los Tucanes! The yard is absolutely beautiful—lush with tropical plants and frequently visited by stunning birds, including yellow-throated and keel-billed toucans. We spent peaceful mornings and evenings on the patio soaking in the natural surroundings. Just a 10-minute drive from La Fortuna, it's the perfect spot: close enough for easy access, but far enough to feel like a private retreat. A true hidden gem!”

“Property is quite unique in design and memorable. Although a bit off the beaten path it is quite close to town and other attractions. You hear and see wildlife (monkeys, coatis, birds) and there is a lot of room that allows private accommodations for 3 separate couples. I would suggest flashlights be provided (short power outage and at night the premises outside are quite dark). No cleaning during 3 days there, but not really an issue. Kitchen is well equipped and overall place is comfortable……

“Just rent this house now and don't look elsewhere! Amazing view from the property. We saw a toucan, monkeys, coatis, agoutis, and other birds right from the porch. Close to everything in town and attractions. We had great communication with Daniela the host, and she arranged great guided tours for us. A truly incredible propety.”

“Unfortunately we only stayed out last day in Costa Rica and didn't get to enjoy the pool for long because of a thunderstorm. In hindsight I wish I'd of booked it for last 2 days. There were only 2 of us and the space could accommodate several more. Woke to the songs of birds and had to leave for an early flight so I really didn't get my money's worth but, that's entirely my fault because Jeffery was willing to give us early check in but because we got a little lost we didn't arrive until after……
