“Great location just a minute from the Pilar Plaza - we parked at the main HQ hotel and the walk was 5-7 minutes to the apartments (you could park at pilar plaza for convenience but would cost more) It was great to have a full kitchen to use and a washing machine and dryer. Negatives: the heating system is impossible to use, i even looked up the instructions online to the particular control panel, didnt seem to make a difference so it was constantly far too warm (this was early february). “Hotel was lovely-as listed. However when we arrived with our service dog we were told that dogs are never allowed-not even service dogs. Since I had prepaid the res. and since I was able to show her the listing which showed that service animals were ok, they accommodated us. All else was great including the location which was close to everything.”

“very good location, many restaurant nearby. Hotel has no parking but can park in the public parking which few mins walk to hotel. Hotel has deal with the parking we only need to pay €17 a day to the hotel. We live at 11F suite room 1105 , the room is big but many things broke, the bed room door handle broke, the toilet glass door not easy to close, some light cant turn on .....”
