“Cute small lake house was the prefect little get away spot. Right on the water, we could leave our boat out. Let me just say the deer were out and about. When we first arrived there were 3 deer right near the back porch, it was so neat to see. Quiet area. Would stay here again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay we ate out the whole stay so didn't really use the kitchen but we will not stay at this location again but they have other properties I would like to check out here are the cons, driveway is not made for boats you have to back in a narrow uphill path, the hot tub needs some maintenance , the mosquitos were bad so the little kids could not play outside much, the wifi does go in and out and we d goutoutside,”

“It was a beautiful house and the owner communicated with me for any questions I had . We enjoyed the view and the backporch was so nice to sit and relax on. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook and grill! ”

“Great house and good location on the lake. Clean and plenty of stuff to do. Emailed check out directions didn’t quite match the paper directions at the house but not a big deal. Neighbors on both sides were super nice but the lady across the street was not. She asked us in person to turn the music down so we completely turned it off and she still contacted the homeowner. Homeowner was super nice and understanding about it.”

“Our family visits Lake Sam Rayburn every year around Memorial Day. We have stayed at several different rental properties over the years. This one is our new favorite! It’s about 15-20 minutes from Powell Park and Rayburn Park, which is where the rest of our family likes to camp. The house was very spacious and clean. I never saw a single bug inside the house. The master bedroom is very big. So are all the bedroom closets. Good A/C for the Texas heat. Nice large smart tv in the living room and……

“This house and property were amazing. Loved the area and it was close to town while being right on the lake. The bedding and decor was top notch. Also the house was so very clean. Lover that there was no TV so our kids could appreciate being at the lake and have valuable family time. ”
