“Unser Bungalow war gross, gut eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten und schönem Bad mit Regendusche. In kurzer Distanz gelangt man zum schönen Privatstrand. Das Frühstücksbüffet war umfangreich, und man konnte es im Freien nähe Strand geniessen. Der Poil war gross, schön und sauber. Nan kann auch die Pools der anderen Hotels innerhalb der Anlage nutzen. 10 Min. zu Fuss zum Einkaufszentrum. ”

“I´vd stayed at this hotel several times and love how friendly the staff is and how well located it is. The property is very nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Food is good as well. Prices are unbeatable , it´s only a block away from a very nice and safe beach , and 10 min away from the airport. It´s the best kept secret in SMR! ”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

“Loved this place. Simple and more than you expect for what you pay. Nice little breakfast spot nearby on the beach. Service was great from the staff. You'll have to renew wifi access almost every day at the reception. Trips into Santa Marta proper are about 5 USD and 20 mins. Would come back here. Cheers.”

Apartamento para 5 personas supuestamente y solo contaba con una cama doble y un sofá cama sencillo, a 2 personas nos acomodaron en un colchón inflable sencillo, aún así me cobraron un adicional de 225 mil y solicité cambio de apartamento o devoción del dinero y la única respuesta que recibí era que me quedaba ahí o que buscara por mis medios, pero que el dinero que había pagado no me lo podían devolver y que lo perdía, es decir, obligado me tocó quedarme ”

Starting in the front desk Jean Paul was very welcoming he made us feel very happy since the beginning and also he explained us all about the hotel, the restaurants and the bars and the entertainment. All the staf were very gentle. This hotel is beautiful, clean, food is really good. We definitely come back.”
