“We wanted to ride our sleds for a quick weekend getaway. We were a group of 5 adults so the house was perfect for us. Easy access to the lake and trails on the path down to the channel. Parking was perfect for 2 pickups and trailers. The host let us check-in early and was very responsive to our pesky questions. We will be back again!”

“We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day. It is a unique/quirky house. The children loved the water and kayaks. Water was clear and shallow. Fishing off the dock was also popular. Three small queen rooms on first floor - second floor loft was definitely open to the rest of the house. Two separate living spaces and a screened in deck. ”

“Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place was exactly as pictured online, and although the weather wasn’t perfect, we still had a fantastic time. “This was just a tiny cabin on a small resort property. There was a large backyard for games. Loved the pool house and lake was clean. I did not realize this cabin was not directly on the lake. “Perfect location for those looking to xx ski and fish. Miles of groomed trails nearby and unlimited back country skiing via the lake and Chippewa National Forest. We loved how quiet the lake was. “ShangriLa lives up to its name, tucked away with a private drive separate from the adjoining neighborhood. Much of the time we felt like we were the only ones on the lake.
