“Yvonne is a fantastic host! The townhome was very clean, fully stocked kitchen, 3 nice sized bedrooms upstairs with master on suite and another bath to share down the hall. 1/2 bath downstairs on the main level. Great community with two lagoons near the area, community pool with many shops. Host is a great communicator and very accommodating. Girls weekend was a blast thanks to this amazing gem Yvonne provided for us to stay! ”

“What an absolute 10/10 experience! This is a hidden gem and I’m so glad we got to stay here while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, we loved the en-suite bathrooms, the beds were so comfy and the house had every amenity you could possibly need or think of. The private pool area was incredible. We quite literally stayed in the pool and deck area for nearly 8 hours on a beautiful warm Florida day. Plenty of lounge chairs, pool toys, outdoor shower, and even a great bar area and outdoor……

“The four bedrooms were adequate but please add more than one roll of toilet tissue in the bathrooms, more paper towels for the kitchen than one roll, instructions for the coffee maker. This location could use an update of paint in all rooms. Pool was unusable and hot tub was not working. Beds were comfortable.”

“My family stayed at this property to visit family in the Wesley Chapel area. The house fit all of us comfortably. Many days and evenings were spent in the pool. The host answered our questions very promptly. The neighborhood feels safe, and many sidewalks to go on walks/runs. Would recommend this property for those traveling with families and don’t mind staying “inland” a little bit. ”
