“I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful, upscale paradise. The location was perfect for my work needs—convenient and well-situated. While it’s not very walkable if you’re on vacation and hoping to explore on foot, the serene setting more than makes up for it.The house itself is beautifully renovated and extremely clean, with a fresh, modern feel throughout. It felt like a true retreat. The only downside was that the kitchen lacked a few basics for cooking at home, which would’ve been nice for……

“I came to tampa with my friends for a concert and we only stayed one night but overall the place was nice, clean, well prepared, the area was really quiet and nice. The administrator for the place was really nice and accommodating and reaponded quickly to any request. If I come back to tampa for longer I would definitely try to stay here again. ”

“The property was very lovely. We were delayed in checking in because the previous tenants had been there for a while and it took longer to clean. The host was most gracious and apologize and went over the top to make sure our stay was good because there were things that needed to be fixed and cleaned up because of the previous tenant. The host were quick to answer questions or fix anything that was not working. I would recommend this place and it is centrally located to everything. ”

“We truly enjoyed the secured location of the property, especially with having little ones running around. They were able to play and run freely just as they would at home. The cows were a huge hit with our farm kids, they enjoyed feeding them and the turtles in the pond! Pool was perfect and we enjoyed it on the daily! Thank you Charles! ”
