“Would definitely stay again. Home was clean and good size. Did not catch that it was on the 3rd floor but was worth the climb. Lovely screened in porch. Nice furniture and plenty of room.Only negatives there wasn’t any shampoo but we had our own. Would have liked 6 sets of silverware so we wouldn’t have to have ran the dishwasher as often. ”

“Almost all of the blinds were broken. The back door handle was broken off. There was a musty odor that seemed like it had been covered up with a cleaner smell. The faucet had a steady stream of water flowing out of it. The soap dispenser in the bath room had just been filled with water. The towels were very worn. The property management company ”

“Bed linen had stains that looked like old blood and hair on bed. Linens were dirty also pillow cases. There wasn’t any extra linens that fit the bed. Had to cover the bed with towels. Went out to grab a late bite and couldn’t get back in with the code we were provided , the calls kept going to voicemail. Had to call the resort front desk. ”

“These condos were converted from hotel rooms. The security is good, location is great to get basically anywhere in Tampa, and the property is situated nicely on a golf course. Each condo has a little porch/balcony with enough seating for 2, which was nice. Ours faced the pool, which was doubly nice.”
