“very nice hotel, staff and view, this is my second time to stay at this hotel and will stay again when I travel to Tokyo in the future.”

“Really good, excellent service at concierge. Environment is quite and nice, near the nice view bridge / path. 24 hours family mart is not next to this hotel, however, walking there from hotel is just about 5-10 mins. if u prefer some restaurant /fast food choices near by, you can walk to TFT building which also nearby within 5-10 mins walking time. Location is not perfect, but quite near the station (東京ビッグサイト） If you have an event nearby, this is a good choice for a good stay.”

“飯店的服務人員的態度都很好，而且很乾淨!唯一美中不足就是離豐洲捷運站太遠(800~900公尺)，而且接駁車只有早上7~10點(往豐洲~整點起每20分鐘一班)，18~21點(往旅館~整點起每20分鐘)，中間時段則無接駁車，建議離峰時段每半小時派一班車，如果能解決接駁問題，堪稱完美也會是我的首選”

“What a beautiful and spacious property, with Japanese garden, a few buildings, multiple restaurants, great buffet breakfast, lovely lounges. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Our concierge was just outside our room, so she sweetly helped us with our questions. The room was outstanding— spacious, comfortable. We had everything we needed. A short walk to the subway and trains. A perfect hotel for us. ”

“This was our last stay on a two week vacation to Japan and we used it as a treat after all the biking, walking, hiking we did on the front end. It was true pampering. It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of wate rin front of us and skyline beyond- including the Tokyo Skytree. The bathroom was quite large with a powerful shower and soaking tub. We only ate one meal at……
