“It's a new hotel located in a newly developing area without any shops nor restaurants. The hotel has 1 restaurant which only offers menu same as for in room dining service, unless one makes a reservation 1 day in advance then they provide bit more choices of dishes. Hotel manager is kind and keen to ask for feedback. Overall stay is ok. There is much room for improvement though. ”

“staying here as the exhibition I had to attend is nearby. taking 20 minutes to wait for check-in although I am the second in-line. the hotel is full of smoking smell of course because of the customers' poor manner in public area (there are ash trays in front of lifts??). Even in my room, the smell is lingering with the smoking smell.”
