“Room is too expenciece for what you get. Very small. The paper came off the wall in many places . Matras not good . I slept a few hours and my back was broken. Prices of the food very high. There is no other option ´ outside ´o restaurats or shops. Hotel is only 10 min from airport entry with shuttle bus but thats the only positif i can find . Next time i will check other hotel near the airport. ”

“前幾天的清潔人員都很確實，後面幾天會漏掉收拾一些譬如電蚊香片沒補充室內拖鞋使用過也沒收走，這次剛好遇到更換窗戶，也許是要讓矽膠快速硬化以至於窗戶整天都沒關上，導致蚊子很多整層樓連電梯都是，晚上都無法入睡，建議插座可以多幾個，現在都是3C的時代，一個房間雙人床只有一個插座實在不夠用，希望下次能夠改善，還好有櫃檯17號服務人員幫忙協助處理桌子的問題和更換房間，讓這次旅行圓滿許多。”

“第2次入住，因為第一次的超好的經驗，所以第2次直接再次選擇這家酒店。前台和房務的工作人員都非常親切。有任何問題都很快的幫忙解決。房間大且乾淨整潔。位置非常的好購物，吃飯，交通超方便。2月份再拜訪上海時一定會再入住。推薦!”

“提早了到埗前枱說我訂的套房還未收拾好，換了商務套房說是一樣大的。房內傢俬有點舊，但整體整潔度良好，馬桶沒有味道，還可自動開啟蓋子。有5公里範圍的免費岀租車服務點贊的。位置方便過馬路就是新天地。”

“Staff at the front desk (張嚴 and 王璐) was very helpful in answering questions and booking tickets for number of museums. Attendants at at the front door were eager to assist with giving directions. Overall, service is excellent. Room and everything were tidy and clean. I will rebook this hotel next time I am in town.”
