“Amazing place by the Bund. Great service and amazing hotel. Will stay there for sure when I come back. The only thing I can complain about is the invoice in pdf that was never sent to my email, but with this review I'm sure they will send it and it was probably just forgotten. Until next time. ”

“A beautiful hotel, love the balcony and the bed is very comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. However, the room cleaning could be improve a lot, the floor with a lot stains was a bit disappointed at such room rate. And probably the hotel is too new, most taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel from local map App. ”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The picture of the website is not the hotel so make sure you use Google maps. Bed was comfortable nice pillows ”

“一直都很好，但最後一個晚上，旁邊房間的人一直大叫，大哭。知道是跟酒店沒關係，酒店也換了房間。但酒店人員說，旁邊房間沒有人。有點恐怖。”
