“This is the worst Park Hyatt I have ever visited. The building was poorly designed. Due to its height the outer wall produces a loud bang every few minutes, making it impossible to sleep. Originally we booked two nights. We had to run away after the first night. They promised a refund which never happened. I think this is also the cheapest Park Hyatt I had stayed at. No wonder its price is so low because customers won’t likely come back. Avoid at all costs. ”

In order to pay at the property in RMB, I prepared to exchange the local currency with an unfavorably rate as well as service charge. I’m very disappointed, Expedia deducted money from my credit card, without following our booking agreement.”
