“This is a really great property. We had a roomy suite with a sitting area, a large bathroom, and a very cute balcony with a jacuzzi tub and loungers. The hotel has great staff and is so close to the downtown/"Centro" area - we were able to walk to many restaurants and more. The beach was warm FYI! Pool area was great. Yes, there are MANY stairs. Something to consider. The hotel is also on top of a hill so there is a steep climb coming from the centro. ”

“No tiene estacionamiento, hay que estacionarse sobre la calle. El restaurante es caro, así que mejor optamos por caminar al muelle y comer en un restaurante más barato. Consideren que la tina de hidromasaje de la habitación no tiene calefacción, así que se siente más fría que caliente. Por precio, es preferible buscar un hotel a unos pasos de Playa La Ropa, porque están a la mitad de precio. La única ventaja de este hotel es que tiene cerca calles con muchos locales para visitar, caminar,……

“My travel planning usually pays off, but Bungalow's in the Zihuataneo/Ixtapa area was a HUGE exception. As a Google Local Guide, I know to verify a hotel room or short-term rental in person before payment. What I found? A disgusting, moldy room, nothing like the online photos. The kitchen was unsanitary. Then came the cancellation nightmare – hours of calls, transfers, and zero resolution. I've posted photos and videos on their Google Maps profile. Save yourself the trouble and book……

“Best place to stay. Steps from the beach. All staff great. Good restaurant on premise. Kitchens we use for buying fresh fish right at the pier. Good Mercado in town, or go to Soriana supermarket. Good beaches, local cabs are less than $5. ”
