“This hotel has a very good customer service of the reception staff, so I even want to extend my stay at the beginning. However the hotel facility maintainace by the owners side is very disappointing. The bath tub have the water flows out. The toilet flushes whole night and after ask the hotel engineer staff to check he said the system works that way which means every 10 mins will have automatic noise flush sound. “Lovely hotel in a great area just a few blocks from Zocolo plaza. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and not accommodating. Large room with plenty of space for the three of us. Mexican Harvest restaurant in the hotel was good as well and definitely have a meal at the Santóua Gastrobar a block away.”
