“Our large family stayed in both sides of the cabin for a long weekend. The cabin was exactly as described and very clean on check in. The bedrooms worked out perfectly for each couple and our children loved the arcade games on the lower level which was great for them to stay in. Conveniently located for a walk to the park or downtown to shop/eat in West Jefferson.Kelly was very accommodating with a last-minute request and communicated throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again! ”

“We loved the attention to detail with the decor of the room. It reminded us of luxury safari tents. The bed was comfortable; the coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were useful, and the ambience was fantastic. The only downside is having the restroom up the hill, but the restroom was clean and included nice showers. I would definitely stay in the tent again, though it would be nice to stay for a longer time.”

“My husband and I needed a mid-week getaway and this was the perfect spot! The view is perfect for watching the sunrise and the hot tub was perfect for star gazing! Downtown Boone was a 10 minute drive and so was the Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything was clean and the bed was really comfortable!”

“This cozy little cottage fit the bill for what we needed....We made a quick trip to Boone for Family Orientation at App State. We needed a place that would allow our pup and that the location was somewhat close to the University. This little place fit the bill. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. The beds slept very comfortably and the kitchen had all the items we needed. We have our own VRBO, so expectations are always high and this little cottage met all the criteria with flying……

“This property is cozy and a good size. I’d say for two is just right even though there are more beds than one. I was pleasantly surprised by variety of cookware and the hot tub was in working order, towels and linens were nice and the water got nice and hot. ”
