“Palacio Julio Hotel is in a perfect spot, right in the center of Puebla and just a short walk to all the main attractions and great restaurants. Our room was super clean, comfy, and really quiet (thank to the soundproofing). The staff were all super friendly, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was included and it was delicious with lots of tasty options. We definitely recommend this hotel and will for sure stay here again next time we are in Puebla!”

“From the moment we got out of our TAXI until the moment we left, we experienced a very high level of service. The staff and the accommodations were exceptional and we had a wonderful four-day stay! There are restaurants and museums right outside the front door and the main square is less than a five minute walk away. Highly recommended!”

“Our room was just great, spacious. We had 5 little balconies with great views of a crafts/antiques market and beautiful streets. We had a bath tub in the room which was also great. The decor was very modern and very edgy. Many attractions and restaurants were in the walking distance. We will definitely return.”

“The hotel is in a very good location near the cathedral. The facility is new and staff service is very good. This is the first hotel I am satisfied in Mexico during my one week travel which among all the hotels I been booked four points of Sheraton by Marriott and Ibis from Accor hotels. Those big international chain group service all can not compared with this one. This is value for money hotel. Highly recommended. ”
