“Very nice gardens. Hotel is old and bathrooms may need some rehab but everything is clean. Hotel rooms have mahogany furniture and all windows and doors are made of mahogany, even the elevator doors have wide mahogany frame. Guatemala City is very expensive. This place is worth the price.”

“This is a hidden gem! It’s small and maybe doesn’t have amenities big hotels have, but, I never use them. This is a beautiful small, homie type of place. Staff is amazing! Location is perfect! Size of rooms perfect! Very colonial feeling. Excellent restaurants right across the street. Small front parking in front, but well guard. Some space available for overnight parking. Might need a little attention on minor repairs and I mean minor ones. But then again, what hotel doesn’t needs it. I……

“Nice clean hotel with large, clean rooms and hot water. Near the airport, decent amenities including fridge in the room, air con, TV and large bathroom. Slightly dated and faded condition, pillows a little flat but otherwise comfortable. Towel policy is very strict however, my wife spilt a spot of makeup on the hand towel and they charged her $15 for it. The face flannel had a lot of makeup so the $5 charge for that was reasonable, but $15 for the hand towel seemed excessive.”
