“Dette var 6. gangen vi besøkte Hotel Castell og vi skal tilbake. Detter er en vintage hotel (111 år) med en moderne tvist. Absolutt alt er bra med hotellet for oss som liker Sveits - det er ryddig, servicen er upåklagelig - det er rent og pent, og så lukter det helt fantaskisk av treverket som er brukt i bygget. “Week long stay while working locally, very comfy and pleasant stay, room was very large, more like a small apartment, breakfast was good. Very quiet for the number of guests. Wifi in the room was okay but not quite enough for a zoom call so had to move to the reception area where it was fine. Could stream TV though.”

“Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind äusserst dienstleistungsorientiert und lassen einen sich als etwas Besonderes fühlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir haben gut geschlafen. In der Nach wurde ab und zu laut auf den Strassen referiert. Doch das hat uns nicht gestört. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Strasse liegt, war es um diese Jahreszeit nicht all zu laut. Kein Motorrad lärm. :-). Das Essen war gut. Zum Frühstück gab es richtig gutes……

“This is a very traditional historic Swiss Hotel, located next to a bus station that is the end of the line (about a twenty minute scenic bus ride to St. Moritz). Because the hotel is very old, it has natural character and charm. That said, the bathrooms are modern. Our room had a balcony and nice view (but deck a bit creaky, due to age of planks - like I said, it is an old structure). “Das Hotel ist wunderschön und aufwendig restauriert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Bad modern eingerichtet. Gegen Ende der Saison waren nicht mehr sehr viele Gäste da. Dennoch gab es ein vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Für das Abendessen empfiehlt sich je nach Saison eine rechtzeitige Reservation in einem der Restaurants im Ort.”
