"Staff were excellent. In the heart of filey itself, out of the door and straight onto the street with a variety of shops to please everyone. Breakfast was an add on price as was the parking. Downsides were the steep stairs to the room and a very noisy pub opposite. Would definitely stay again but ..."

"Lovely well set out holiday accommodation. Like a modern housing estate. Nice 2 bed comfort clean cottage. Well equipped kitchen. Only negative bath didn't drain and had shower above and no towels or hairdryer provided by host. Had to go buy towels in Filey. This to us is basic essentials."

Beautiful accommodation
"Beach hut was perfect .Clean and cosy with very well equipt kitchen. Hamper was a lovely treat. Thank you x Great location on the park with fab beach and cliff walks right from the door . Will definitely return"

Comfortable 3 night stay
"Two oldies' with our 5yrs old grandson. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently situated for shops and beach - though a steep walk coming back up! Considering it is so near shops, restaurants etc it was very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very understanding ..."
