“Nice B&B with very friendly staff. No on-site dining other than (very good) breakfast but several pubs within a very short stroll - 1 to 2 minutes and Yorkshire coast town Filey just 3 miles drive away. Also a very good distillery with excellent cafe on the edge of the village”

“Overnight stay leaving early so provided with a packed take away breakfast which was excellent. Room comfortable. ”

“I have to use a mobility and all the automatic door openers which keep them open so you could get through weren't working. The lift was very small and my medium sized scooter would only just fit in, if I removed the basket to get the doors to close.”

“We have stayed in this hotel several times years ago. It is very outdated however the staff service is excellent, it' has friendly clientele and the views to Scarborough harbour are amazing ”

“This property is in an excellent location opposite the harbour with amazing views. The room was a good size and warm considering the freezing weather. It seemed to be recently decorated with a modern bathroom. Lots of wardrobe space and a king size bed. However, there were some issues in the room including a very scaly kettle, only 2 teabags, 1 shower gel, no glasses, no bathmat, flat batteries in tv remote, and only half a loo roll. As there were no staff on site for most of the time these……

“Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Simon and Sarah were wonderful hosts for our two-nights stay. English breakfast and small bar with beer and cocktails made for a delightful stay. Friendly conversations with hosts were an added benefit!”
