“We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great! My loved the drink options. Although the food could use a little more seasoning it was very relaxing to eat & drink beach side. The only thing I didn't like is that because our initial stay attempt was cancelled by the airline due to weather conditions (which, of course, was out of our control,) Sand Castle only refunded us 50% and charged us the full room rental amount when we rebooked. Sand Castle made an extra $500+ on us.”

“The Buccaneer was fantastic. Clearly the best place to stay in St. Croix. Could have spent the entire vacation on site but too many other attractions on the Island to see. “It’s a quiet, beautiful location. We basically had the place to ourselves until the wine tasting night. It’s close to Point Udall, which is a great place to watch the sunrise. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There were only two downsides. One, I booked a room for a family of five, so I assumed there would be a sofa/bed or just a sofa. I had to pay an additional $60 a night plus tax for a rollaway. Second, you really can’t go out into the water here. The beach goes straight to a dead……

“T treated my family to a short weekend stay at the Kay and it was lovely. The beach was beautiful and the bar alive with guest. The room was spacious enough to enjoy the beach weekend and had the basic essentials for our short stay. However, the old-empty water fountain & pool outside were eye sores, obstructing out view of the beach. But overall the beach was beautiful and for a short family stay the price was not too bad. ”
