“Great location and very nice rooms. Only complaint the TV streaming was poor. Could not watch anything without it stopping. Perhaps the router is out of range. Bathroom was tight but we managed. Tiny sink and mirror. Not ideal for hair and makeup. No area to place toiletries. Last thing, the parking late was half a mile away so if you find a closer spot I would suggest that. ”

“Good location to have access to Newport but pricey since it’s not in the heart of town. Clean, but room didn’t have extra comforter like most are prepared with and took over an hour to get one. Bathroom was not thought through when redone. The sink had no countertop and no sink high table next to it. Makes getting ready in a hotel difficult and compounded by a family stay.”

“Felt completely deceived! I booked the hotel because of the large windows shown online, but the actual room had a tiny window and felt extremely cramped and depressing. Never coming back!”

“Asked for decaf coffee at breakfast and the guy said they didn’t have any. A guest told me there was a keurig machine with decaf. The place is older but clean. They own several inns on the same block. Comfortable beds ”

“The grounds, and the area on the water, are so beautiful. We had a great deal for a big old handsome room. We did have the compressors outside our window and there were tents and music as they set up for a wedding, but I enjoyed the old fireplaces and wide stairs and feel of the old building. And the bed was very comfy. ”

“My room at The Inns at Bellevue was very charming. Staff very nice. In a beautiful part of Newport, in the historic district. ”

“Hotel could use a little face lift. Staff very efficient, but service at rooftop bar was horrible.”
