It is a modern, contemporary hotel very close to Kinsale with spacious, clean rooms, an open lobby area, adequate parking and a great balcony overlooking the water. The breakfast was great. “I didn't realize this was a student dorm facility that apparently they rent out during the summer months. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm in there. Not much in the area in regard to dinning or anything else. Lots of students around being loud at night. Check-in was interesting because it's not like a regular hotel. There was a student sitting on the steps outside and asked if I was checking in. When I told her yes, she went inside and gave me a key to the room, which had……
