“We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.”

“We stayed there for one night. Clean rooms. Good staff. Good value for money. A basic hotel for short stays. My room did not have a minibar while my colleaugue's room had one. Good four star. Quiet surrounding.”

“The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not……

“사실 이 돈이면 좀더 크고 좋은 환경에 호텔을 이용할수 있다 방은 너무 작고 특히 화장실겸 욕실은 너무 작아서 똑바로 자리잡고 씻기에 정말 불편했다 변기가 세면대에 붙어서 비스듬이 서서 씻어야 했다 그리고 조식도 문제다 사과를 언제 깎아 놓았는지 다 검게 바랬고 푸석해서 바스라 졌다 내가 여행을 많이 하지만 정말 해도 너무한 조식이였다 또하나는 여긴 청소는 해주지만 시트는 갈아 주지 않는다 시트에 때같은 것이 있어서 청소를 해달라고 했는데 그대로 똑같은 시트였다. 내생각엔 청소라는 개념이 스레기통 비우고 쓰던 수건 정갈하게 다시 넣는 기분이랄가...한마디로 쓰던거 체크아웃할때까지 계속 쓰는것 같다.”

Encounter with horrible staff #1 when we checked in on June 4th Sunday at around 8pm the check in staff notified that I had to now pay extra for my daughter? I booked a double twin bed room for 2, the hotel even offered 2 person complimentary spa? And now out of the blue I have to pay this extra person charge?? Anyway I just paid to get in my room and not bother arguing with him anymore. ……
