“The hotel is charming, and the room clean and spacious. The included breakfast was also great. However, coming here during the last week of November, we found the entry stairs to be completely covered over with ice (super dangerous), and I mean THICK ice. I was scared climbing them even with my great hiking boots. And the roads on the way in were snowy. To check in, we had to use a physical phone at reception to call an operator and get the key code to our room. That was easy enough. Check-out……
