“Acco guesthouse is a great walkable distance from a handful of dining options and shopping. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom however, was quite tight. The shower ledge takes up a lot of room even though the shower is very small. The ledge also had a decent size chunk out of it which was a big hazard when we had just woken up in the morning and weren’t used to our surroundings. ”

“Everything is fair as this is located at the countryside so you cant expect a lot. The walls are thin so we heard noise from other guests checking in late at night and talking loud when we fell asleep.”

“This was a stay! The staff were very nice and helpful, the food was good, and the other guests were nice too. There were several bathrooms for the rooms with shared baths, so we didn’t have any issues sharing. Everything was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable too and we slept well. “After a long, exhausting drive from the East, my family & I arrived in Akureyri around 1:00 am. We were completely exhausted after driving from the South & just ready to get some rest.
