“酒店位置最初是比較難找, uber不能正確定位的. 是在城牆內的, 但走到主街很近. 不建議拖行李箱, 建議是較輕便的行裝到訪. 前台友善有禮, 也樂於幫助. 房間整潔, 露台是對著城牆, 沒什麼景觀. 浴室熱水有些不穩定. 但整體還是不錯的.”

“Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Bom Sucesso Resort foi extremamente decepcionante. Desde o início, tive problemas. Aqui estão os principais pontos que me levaram a essa insatisfação: - Check-in atrasado: a unidade não estava pronta. Mesmo chegando no horário, só consegui entrar no quarto às 17:30. - Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado não funcionavam. “The owner (Francisco) was so nice and accommodating. All the power went out in Portugal for 10 hours so we could not go out for dinner or buy supplies. He and his family provided dinner and wine for all the guests. What a great stay. Their house is beautiful and has been in the family for 100 years. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Don’t stay anywhere else but here! BTW the castle is awesome!”

We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”
