“Super hotel, super service . We were a family of 3 generations aged 23 to 81. The hotel suited all of us for a quiet relaxing week away. Every member of staff had a genuine smile an seemed pleased to work there. We were half board and more than happy with the main buffet restaurant. The pools were all heated, even my husband used them and it does have to be warm for him to venture in! The resort is hilly but taxis were readily available and the bus service was easy and regular. “Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. Choice of food is very limited and not really suitable for vegetarians. The tray, plates and cutlery were not collected after we finished……

“When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid. There’s loads of sun loungers and a lovely heated pool - we had to pay a deposit of 40 euro for pool……

“Hotel direkt am Meer. Panoramablick aus dem Zimmer in drei Richtungen. Frühstück war gut. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel!”

“Globalmente muy bien. Buena comida, fantástica localización y ambientación. Ahora bien, las habitaciones un poco mejorables: subía olor del sumidero en el baño, haciendo que la habitación entera tuviese mal olor; también me quedé con el picaporte de la puerta del baño en la mano un par de veces. El resto, todo bien, aunque teniendo en cuenta el precio (+300€/noche) esas cosas no tendrían que ocurrir. ”
