“The hotel was wonderful—quiet and comfortable. What touched me the most was when I lost a jacket. When I contacted the hotel, they quickly responded that they had found my jacket. The hotel customer service lady Ms. Valdimarsdottir not only reassured me not to worry but also asked for my detailed shipping address and said they would send my jacket out soon. “Our reservation was not is the system at first but the reception guy was helpful and our booking was confirmed so we got another room at the end. The hostel is a minute drive from the hotel. Had a cozy room and shared facilities with everything you need. Overall it was clean und recommendable.”
