“I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

“Jorge is extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me arrange a taxi for the next morning. He even showed to make sure everything went well. I was given a room with a balcony and patio. Very nice and unexpected. ”

“It was an easy process. Breakfast was delicious. Nice rooms. ”

“This property consists of 3 relatively new cabins located inside a secure gate beside to the main road that circles the beautiful Orosí valley. The cabins are surrounded by greenery including a giant stand of bamboo and orange trees from the family’s orchard, which smell delightful! The road is quite busy during the day but very quiet at night and we had no difficulty sleeping. The cabins themselves block most of the outside sound. There was plentiful hot water for the shower from the rooftop……

“La atención muy ineficiente llegamos al hotel,nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad de habitaciones tuvimos que esperar un montón para que nos brindaran una habitación que no era súper pequeña y incómoda . La de recepción no nos supo dar una razón no podíamos cancelar la reservación esto fue terrible muy mala experiencia.”
