“It was quiet and beds were comfortable. Felt like the staff wasn’t as warm and helpful as the could be. Breakfast was good with an average number of selections. Put a note on the door when we need to buzz ourselves in. Front desk wouldn’t buzz us in so we could “learn”. We were tired and only were staying only one night. ”

This was the first time we were even somewhat disappointed as the room itself was 60 degrees and the bathroom and bathroom tile floor was much colder than the sleeping area, in fact the tile was so cold we had to walk on the towels. “Beds were pretty good. Rooms were clean. Receptionist was rude when we attempted to check in after spending 2.5 hrs in stopped traffic for a car crash and a snow storm. We have a 21 hr drive and arrived 4.5 hrs later than anticipated.
