“Dette hotel er slet ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Først og fremmest havde vi bestilt et værelse med udsigt til havet. Dog fik vi et værelse med udsigten til skov og klipper. Havet kunne kun ses meget lidt hvis man gik ud på terrassen. Derudover var værelserne ikke rene. Der var edderkoppespind og døde myrer indenfor. Det værste var, at selve toilettet var meget urent. Det var tydeligt at toilettet ikke var gjort rent i lang tid. Der blev sendt en rengøringsdame da vi ringede til receptionen og……

“perfect!!! We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!! And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. “I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . Location is perfect to Varna city and beach. You can rent a car from the hotel. Only downfall was that there was only 1,5 minutes of warm water in the shower and no breakfast after season. There is a little shop next to the hotel , so you won't starve 😂 My stay was pleasant overall.”

“Nous y avons passé 2 jours au début du mois de mai. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel et le restaurant parfait parce que nous étions que 30 clients à l'hôtel, en tout et pour tout. Ce qui veut dire de la place au restaurant ou à la piscine, etc... Les tables étant pratiquement collées les unes aux autres dans les différents endroits (bars, salles de restaurant), en été cela doit être horrible. Question économie responsable : il va falloir oublier le plastique jetable et passer au réutilisable. Les menus……

“The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia……
