“Terrible!Terrible! I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”

“We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”

“We stayed in two suites that were large and authentic Arabian design with alot of attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious daily and the lunch and dinner menu was best in area. There are however excellent cafes and restaurants close by, as well as a full modern grocery store for anything you want like home. Tap water is drinkable. “This was the most magnificent hotel I have ever stayed. It felt like a palace. Has excellent rooms and dining and drinking options. The pool area is very nice. The staff are very nice and hospitable. Highly recommended if you're traveling to Rabat and don't need to be close to the center of the city.”

“Its a warm hotel in the old medina. Although its a bit difficult to find, the staff had sent email with map to guide you (though I ignored it accidentally). The host is really helpful and nice so as the ladies in the hotel helping out cleaning and preparing breakfast. Places are very clean and cozy. Definitely my choice for next time:)”

“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”
