“The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.”

“All staff, whether reception, waitress, housekeeper or security, are very friendly and helpful. very very nice. Although it’s not located in prime area, it still a great hotel for me. There are some shop, local market and beach nearby. Just ask the receptionist, she is very helpful. In addition, the hotel chief cooks very well. 全部員工不論前台、待應、打掃人員甚至保安都非常友善，而且非常熱心助人。雖然不是位於熱門地點，但附近走遠一點可以找到一些餐廳，本地店鋪，而且有個沙灘，很少人，所以整體感覺都很滿意。有甚麼問題例如附近好逛的地方、餐廳，也可以問前台員工，她非常熱心。另外值得一提他們酒店的餐廳，出奇地好吃。”

“十分好的住宿體驗，職員全部很友善，不但服務很好，而且很主動幫助，用APPs 預約酒店服務，叫Room service很方便，餐廳食物質素不錯，和牛餐廳很好吃。雖然周圍沒有購物中心，但乘的士去巴東市集都衹是30分鐘，十分方便。鄰近海灘很大浪，雖然不能游水，但環境也很優美。”

“It’s truly beautiful. Somewhat quiet - a little too far if you’re wanting the busier tourist spots like Patong but taxis do go there - use BOLT though it’s cheaper and more reliable. The staff are so kind and friendly. Not lots of vegetarian options on the menu HOWEVER they will 100% make anything they have vegetarian for you with no issues at all. A few more breakky options for vegetarians though would be amazing but honestly can’t fault them. Looks EXACTLY like the pictures too!! ”
